The water has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. My dad introduced my sister and me to diving, fishing, and the ocean at a young age, and that early connection eventually grew into a passion for competitive spearfishing, travel, and adventure.

After years of competing at the highest levels of the sport, winning national championships, representing Team USA, and breaking multiple world records, I found myself drawn to storytelling. With the help of my husband, I began creating, producing, filming, and editing Julie Higgs Spearfishing, which has opened a new chapter for me as a television host, producer, and outdoor content creator.

Today, my focus is on chasing unique adventures around the world, finding big fish, breaking more records, producing the show, and helping brands create authentic content in the environments where their products are meant to perform. At the same time, I'm proud to continue serving St. Lucie County as a Medic & Firefighter, building this journey alongside my husband, and hopefully becoming a mom someday.
